New Release , New UI & Major add ons
We are happy to announce that we have just deployed a MAJOR release of our eCairn Conversation ™ application.
As a quick recap, eCairn Conversation ™ is a social intelligence application that enables marketers to map audiences and deep dive in niche markets/ custom audiences.
It discovers key micro influencers, content creators, centers of interest, media that people read the most … and lots of other interesting data points to power:
influencer marketing,
content marketing and
community marketing programs
A brand new UI.
The user interface has been refreshed with a new modern design. We have also performed many small changes that improve the user experience a lot. Since the UI is easier to show than to explain, here are a selection of screenshots from the new UI.
Community Tab: This is where you profile people, understand their relevance and reach on any given topic.

Until now, the users had the opportunity to upload in eCairn Conversation ™ list of people that they knew about. It could be a list of blogs, Twitter accounts, LinkedIn accounts, emails, phone numbers. You can still do that !
However, crafting an initial list of key people in their target market was a challenge (unless they purchased services from us, which users still can do).
We have introduced functionality to discover people using some techniques that we have experimented in the backend for the last … 15 years.
Searching in our mega database for people who talk about a specific topic/ hashtag (on Twitter)
Searching for people with specific keyword in their bio (Twitter) or based on their LinkedIn job title and company.
Extract the followers of a specific Twitter account (and filtering bots, spammers, inactive accounts …) or people followed by a specific Twitter account.
So you can now, as an example, explore, profile and listen to:
your Twitter followers, followers of a competitor, an event that is key in your industry,
people from your community (uploading emails)
people from your CRM system
members of your LinkedIn group
all of the above while tagging who belongs to what category.
It is then up to you to explore and understand differences, connections, influence.
