Why is eCairn Conversation™ one of most affordable solutions on the market?

We believe social media is a must have for any business. Therefore, we have decided to offer our 3 years of research and patent pending technology for a low cost, making it affordable for all businesses. Because we work with large enterprises, our smaller customers benefit from our top notch technical support and knowledge transfer with an easy-to-use Q&A, tutorials and collaterals.

I need more information before I buy, what do I do?

You could start with all the tutorials on our YouTube channel and then register for more webinars. For additional questions, send us an email at conversation at ecairn dot com. We’ll be happy to help you make the right choice.

My company won’t allow credit card or PayPal usage, how do I buy?

No problem. We’ll send you an invoice.

Will I need training to use eCairn Conversation™ software?

It depends how tech savvy you are. We’ve seen new users create their first project in a couple of hours with minimal technical knowledge. Others will want to view tutorials and videos before they start. In any case, we will be in contact with you by sending weekly tips and tricks to get you started easily within the first month.

How long does it take to get started on eCairn Conversation™?

In less than a couple of hours, you can create your project, have eCairn Conversation™ analyze your community, and find your key influencers. Then, you can start listening and engaging with top influencers in your communities. Please have a look at our product page for a description of all the features.

How is eCairn Conversation™ different from other tools?

We focus on the people who matter in social communities. When you decide to engage with influencers, eCairn Conversation™ helps you limit you time and energy to relevant conversations to your business. Based on eCairn's patent-pending technology for social media mining and analytics, eCairn Conversation(tm) stands out with the following differentiators:

  • Less noise: our application works to eliminate irrelevant information
  • Ability to interact and engage with the most influential people in your social communities
  • Immediate and comprehensive understanding of what topics influencers and communities talk about
  • Instant visibility and opportunities to build consistent, long-term relationships with your communities
  • Identify accessible communities and with whom communications will be productive to your marketing goals
  • Segment your efforts so that the right employees are speaking to communities they can manage
  • Measure the effectiveness of your campaigns on an influencer per influencer basis

What is the Text Mining feature about?

The Text Mining feature exposes a list of the most frequent expressions found in the conversations you have identified as relevant in the application. It allows you to select some or all of these expressions and produce a word cloud, i.e. a visual representation of those conversations. See this Text Mining example (technology partner: Wordle).

What is the Community Mapping feature about?

Social network analysis is the technique to understand the interconnectedness of a group of people. The eCairn Conversation™ map view feature enables you to visualize the network of your community (or a subset of it). It will show you clusters (sub-groups that are more tightly connected together) and you can overlay them with topic mention (or brand mention). Thus you will be able to understand how the different clusters are connected in more detail. See this Community Mapping example.
